Our client, a romanian food company who activates in the food industry being a producer of meat products, is currently looking for a creative and innovative Marketing Manager to create and develop the marketing department:
Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the overall marketing strategy for the company.
This role involves leading a team, developing marketing campaigns, and analyzing their effectiveness to drive business growth and achieve the marketing goals set.
Your Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Implementation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
- Set clear and measurable marketing objectives.
Campaign Management:
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various digital, print, social media, and email marketing channels.
- Develop compelling content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Leadership:
- Manage and lead a marketing team, providing guidance, setting targets, and monitoring performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, design, and product development.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for the department, projects, and strategies designed, allocating resources effectively.
- Monitor and report on spending and ROI.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize online marketing strategies.
Brand Management:
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand image.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Use data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Present findings and insights to senior management.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant expertise.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategy development, and tactics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. and experience.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools, software, and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance.
