As a Marketing Manager - F&B Brands, you will oversee the marketing strategy for our partner’s key establishments in Plovdiv, Sofia, and the seaside. Your focus will include branding, digital marketing, and event management, while also leading a small team of marketing professionals. This position is based in Plovdiv and requires occasional travel to Sofia (approximately once per week).
Main Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
- Ensure brand consistency in all communications and marketing materials
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and market trends
- Create and manage brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences
- Collaborate effectively with journalists and influencers
Digital Marketing:
- Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and engagement
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and online advertising
- Collaborate with the marketing agency and content creators to produce compelling and relevant content
Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute premium and luxury events that elevate the company’s brands and customer experience
- Develop promotional strategies to maximize event attendance and engagement
- Evaluate event outcomes and implement improvements for future initiatives
General Marketing:
- Build and maintain a strong corporate identity across multiple brands and communication channels
- Analyze key marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
- Manage the dedicated marketing budget and maintain effective relationships with vendors and partners
Desired experience, skills, and qualifications:
- 4+ years of marketing experience with focus on branding, digital marketing, and event management
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
- Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to deliver innovative marketing and branding solutions
- Strong business acumen and passion for driving growth in a competitive environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
- Fluency in English and Bulagrian (both written and spoken)
