Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote company products and services. Oversee integrated communication campaigns, manage the Marketing Department's performance, and position the company as a leader in ICT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet company goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage brand communication, campaigns, and events to align with corporate objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor marketing effectiveness, including budgeting and financial analysis.
- Coordinate promotional activities and trade shows.
- Implement marketing policies and internal communication plans.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of marketing staff.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing management, preferably in ICT.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
