Present the local marketing strategy to Global Marketing and country management.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization.
Conduct market research and provide business recommendations.
Foster innovation and stay updated on competition strategies.
Execute impactful marketing programs and support distribution partners.
Define communication strategies and activate promotional tools.
Organize and manage events with Key Opinion Leaders.
Oversee yearly marketing plans and coordinate with agencies.
Monitor implementation and performance against objectives.
Collaborate with regulatory affairs for registration and pricing.
Drive OTC marketing excellence across multiple channels.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of Consumer Healthcare marketing experience.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business and local market needs.
Excellent skills in consumer and trade marketing.
Experience in integrated marketing program implementation.
Knowledge of pharmacy channels and category management.
Familiarity with DTC marketing and promotional activities.
Ability to motivate teams and build relationships.
Innovative mindset and effective communication skills.
Fluency in Russian and English.
