Marketing Manager
We are seeking a candidate with strong teamwork skills who is energetic, communicative, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of coordinating multiple projects in a dynamic food production environment.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and supporting the company’s operational marketing activities. This role ensures the smooth implementation of marketing campaigns, product launches, commercial marketing initiatives, and brand communication activities, aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Role Description:
- Management of operational marketing activities:
- Coordinating the implementation of marketing campaigns across retail (IKA & TT) and distribution channels.
- Ensuring the timely execution of promotional activities, POS communication materials, and branding.
- Supporting product launches by coordinating packaging updates, promotional materials, and internal communication.
- Monitoring campaign timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Sales and Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the sales and production departments to align promotional activities with inventory availability and production capacity
- Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials (catalogs, brochures, product sheets, displays).
- Coordinating participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B events.
- Tracking and reporting on the performance of sales promotions.
- Marketing and Branding Materials
- Coordinating the concept for marketing materials (brochures, labels, digital assets).
- Ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Collaborating with external suppliers (design agencies, printers, promotional material suppliers).
- Managing the availability of marketing materials.
- Digital and Communication Support
- Assisting with website updates and scheduling social media content.
- Overseeing product photography and content creation.
- Supporting digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitoring key digital performance metrics and preparing reports.
- Administrative and Reporting Tasks
- Tracking the marketing budget for operational activities.
- Overseeing purchase orders and invoices related to marketing.
- Preparing monthly reports on marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication is a plus
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in FMCG)
- Strong understanding of commercial and digital marketing, as well as retail dynamics
- Solid knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience working with creative agencies, market research agencies, and digital marketing agencies
- Experience working with marketing materials suppliers
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
