WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- You will closely work with the CEO and help plan the marketing strategies while also executing them which will help us build our brand and raise brand awareness.
- You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world.
- You will be expected to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be an individual contributor.
- Ultimately, you’ll help us improve our company’s reputation and drive growth.
A brief list of your key contributions includes:
- Build Aerem’s brand – Analysing our brand positioning, raising brand awareness, and translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Lead the creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Responsible for offline and online marketing campaigns marketing and hitting ROI goals.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO US
- An MBA degree from a reputed institution.
- Proven work record of 4 to 8 years in B2B marking. Having worked in the Sustainability/FinTech/NBFC/MSME industry would be an added advantage.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing.
- Experienced in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- A highly creative mind and excellent communication skills with the ability to write and review content related to marketing.
