We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to join the top management team inside our client’s medical company. Besides tackling day-to-day activities along with the marketing team, the Marketing Manager will also organize events such as medical conferences, expos, and symposiums.

• POSM management on all medical centers;
• Implementation of online and offline promotion campaigns (blogs, forums, social media, press, radio, and TV);
• Creating and sending newsletters;
• Gathering information about services offered by the company;
• Gathering information and materials regarding similar services offered by their direct competitors;
• Helps create promotional material for the company;
• Involved in organizing company events and preparing promotional packets for such events;
• Helps create promotional campaigns and tracks their results with the help of Google AdWords and social media tools;
• Keeps in touch with all the suppliers (agencies, printing services, etc.) by placing and tracking all the orders;
• Making sure that the branding materials are used accordingly;
• Keeps track of all the branding materials and makes sure that new orders are being placed;
• Managing all the PR accounts (opens/reopens/recovers accounts).

Requirements:

• University degree;
• Min. 3-year experience in a similar role (experience in the medical sector is considered a plus, but not mandatory);
• Very good knowledge of MS Office;
• Able to simultaneously manage several projects;
• Good knowledge of English;
• A very organized person, attentive to details;
• Great communication skills;
• Results-oriented.
