MARKETING MANGER DACH & BENELUX (M-F-X)
Currently we are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager in Munich to join our growing team in Europe.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and owning our Marketing plans in Northwest Europe, with a focus on the DACH and BENELUX regions.
You will be fluent in German and able to travel frequently to our Munich Office. You will also work across multiple disciplines from content creation and retail campaigns, to social media, influencer activation and in-store events - however you will live, eat and sleep digital! You will crave data and insight, constantly looking to further your understanding of campaign performance and how to create more targeted, integrated and successful campaigns.
Skills
You will bring a strong grasp of current and local marketing tools and strategies, being able to lead integrated campaigns from concept to execution. You will work within the EU Marketing team, with the support of our Central Marketing team in Asia, and local marketing agencies.
The candidate will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to project manage complex launches, keeping multiple parties updated and on-track.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, including content and product listings, in-store displays, totems and FSDUs, retail banners and retail launch events
- Support the regional sales teams with QBRs, tenders and pitches to win listings, secure extended ranges and increase distribution
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights to ensure learnings are used to support future decisions and marketing plans
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies, to support new listings and key SKUs
- Collaborate with internal teams to create rich content experiences online and instore to optimize user journey and conversion
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, from online and social, to instore and launch events
- Collaborate with agencies and other partners to support strategic focus areas and projects
- Evaluate emerging technologies, specifically those within retail such as AR and rich content
Requirements
- Proven working experience in marketing, preferably withing consumer electronics (but not essential)
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing retail marketing plans for new product launches
- Experience presenting to retailers, with a good understanding of the retail landscape
- Ability to develop and implement channel marketing plans, including key promotional periods
- Able to manage a budget across multiple retailers and activities
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising retail marketing plans
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with the ability to understand how best to motivate sales and drive demand in different retailers
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in retail marketing and measurement
- Understands and enforces brand guidelines for a consistent representation of our brands and products online, and instore.
