About the Role:
Be at the forefront of industrial marketing excellence — drive integrated B2B strategies, digital campaigns, and brand initiatives that strengthen market presence, generate quality leads, and empower sales teams. The role demands strong analytical ability, creative thinking, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable business growth and impactful customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Product Communication
Lead market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights to shape strategic marketing plans.
Develop product-focused content, presentations, and technical collateral aligned with brand positioning.2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Drive SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns to boost digital visibility and inbound leads.
Manage digital channels, social media content, and lead-generation platforms such as India MART.3. Sales Enablement & CRM Integration
Collaborate with Sales teams to optimize CRM utilization, track pipelines, and enhance lead conversion.
Develop sales tools, dashboards, and performance reports to support business decisions.4. Events, Exhibitions & Campaigns
Plan and execute trade exhibitions, product launches, and regional marketing events like EXCON and BAUMA.
Coordinate with product and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and brand alignment.5. Marketing Automation & Analytics
Implement and manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Track campaign metrics, analyse ROI, and present data-driven insights for continuous improvement.6. Customer Engagement & Retention
Support after-sales and service teams in loyalty programs, customer feedback campaigns, and retention initiatives.Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in B2B marketing, sales operations, and digital campaign management.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Excellent content development skills for technical and product marketing.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Good collaboration and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools (SEMRush, Moz).
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Analytics from a reputed institute.
