Job Description
Designation:- Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan and execute annual business plan for the given product category.
- Design suitable marketing activities budget in the given marketing budget at optimal pay-out.
- Liaison with Creative agency to work marketing communication.
- Monitor and analyse the category development plan continuous basis and come up with corrective actions considering the present market scenario.
- Orchestrate the Digital customer journey (PAID, OWNED,SHARED, EARNED) from planning to rollout in relevant channels of the Digital funnel until conversion to deliver against KPI's.
- Track all media platforms, search platforms (Google, Youtube, Amazon) and campaign analytics from our brand and competition for agile improvement and adaptations of future campaigns ensuring KPI’s are met and ROI is achieved needs to be included.
- Develop New Product brief, based on consumer insights, price / product gap. Work with Global Team for the New Product Development.
- Implement new product launches, maximizing international synergies.
- Generate consumer/ shopper insights by leading research, Household/store visits.
- Identify opportunities for increased sales and profit, short and long term. Implement effective support plans.
- Be the “voice of the category”: Input the needs & standpoints into the international product & communication development.
- Overall digital brand management by liaising with digital agency. Ensuring we achieve overall digital KPIs and constantly look at innovative ways of bringing up brand awareness on digital.
- Constantly engage closely with e-com team and support with required inputs and marketing assets needed.
Professional Experience and Education:-
- At least 6 - 8 years Product/Brand management ideally in FMCG non-food.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team leadership.
- Education: MBA (Marketing) • Knowledge in Product Marketing (application of 4 Ps).
- Knowledge of the local Market, Distribution Channels and Consumers.
- Ideally knowledge in Category Management, Shopper understanding and outlet management.
- Experience and proven record in digital marketing, media management & SEO.
- Good technical knowledge of relevant Digital tools for analytics & data management.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of relevant software tools (MS Office etc.)
Specific skills and knowledge:-
- Good understanding of principles of a P&L statement and financial key figures (KPIs).
- Knowledge on processes and principles in Supply Chain Management.
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience identifying target audiences and running global digital campaigns, landing page content, user funnels and social media content.
- Ability to think in brands, digital trends and consumer experience
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Good presentation skills
- Adherence to the safety instructions and HSE policies
