# Marketing Manager
### About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee our comprehensive marketing operations, including digital marketing, corporate communications, and product marketing initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with potential for growth and advancement.
### Key Responsibilities
#### Brand & Digital Marketing
- Lead digital marketing strategies and initiatives
- Manage Life's Good campaigns and events
- Oversee ATL advertising campaigns
- Monitor competitors and propose strategic brand activities
- Manage SNS (Social Network Services) presence
- Oversee website management and optimization
#### Corporate Communications & PR
- Coordinate with media outlets for paid and organic PR opportunities
- Oversee content localization and quality control
- Monitor and report on PR performance
- Manage corporate communications initiatives
#### Marketing Operations
- Handle APMS (Approval Process Management System) workflows
- Manage marketing budget planning and execution
- Oversee EP (Electronic Procurement) approvals
- Ensure compliance with our systems and processes
#### Corporate Social Responsibility
- Develop and execute CSR projects
- Manage project coordination with stakeholders
- Create comprehensive project reports
- Drive community engagement initiatives
### Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience, with focus on digital marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
- Mongolian language proficiency
- Russian language skills are a plus
