NOTE - Looking for marketing experience only from Fintech or Financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, events, and content marketing.

· Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure successful execution of campaigns.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business strategy.

· Manage the company's website and optimize for search engine rankings and user experience.

· Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

· Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services industry.

· Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.

· Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders.

· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
