- Conduct market research / obtain market reports to find answers about competitive products, markets, and trends.
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns, trade shows
- Planning, managing, executing of trade show events
- Collaborate with company professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, webinars, trade shows, trade organizations, etc.)
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
- Proofreading key messaging in and out of email templates
- Sending graphics requests to designers
- Compiling email lists
- Purging email lists
- Securing email databases for future campaigns
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
- Work with Corporate Marketing team in preparing yearly Marketing Budget
