Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively promote the company's products and services, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct in-depth customer research and analysis to gain insights into customer preferences and behaviors, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Utilize market intelligence to make data-driven decisions and implement changes to marketing plans as required.
- Oversee all marketing campaigns, including traditional and digital channels, ensuring their successful execution and performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and creative, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a cohesive marketing approach.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign results, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and proactively recommend innovative marketing approaches to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
- Manage the e-commerce platform, optimizing the user experience and maximizing online sales opportunities.
- Set strategic marketing goals and objectives, and lead the team in their successful implementation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the food industry
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally within the food industry.
- Demonstrated track record in managing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Ability to develop effective marketing plans and strategies to promote the company's products and meet business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of 5-7 marketing professionals.
- Strong goal-setting skills, with the ability to establish and track marketing goals for the company.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration or a related field.
