Job Description
For an Italian hospitality group (+50 hotels) we are looking for a
Marketing Manager
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, monitors and evaluates the group’s marketing communications strategy, including advertising, promotions, social media, graphics and collateral, so as to support the overall vision and objectives for the hotel
- Responsible for all aspects of the implementation of the marketing plan (event logistics, collateral, online & offline communication), with a strong focus on ROI
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Acting as brand guardian and ensuring all hotel branding and collateral are of a consistent high standards and comply brand standards, or other agreed design
- Works closely with Sales & Revenue Management team to identify opportunities and trends and develop relevant on & offline strategies
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Measures and communicates success of campaigns and digital performance using relevant reports tools
- Acts as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans
- Managing the marketing department's staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
- Experience in the Hospitality industry would be preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in English and Italian
