Our Client is a leading residential and commercial developer, one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the Cypriot market, offering its clients services such as property sales, rentals, management, and construction.

For their fast-growing operations in Greece (Athens), they are looking for a ‘Marketing Specialist’.

Your Responsibilities:

• Local Marketing Communication: Cooperation with local marketing agencies, printing companies, and other marketing suppliers. 
• Promotion in local media, social networks, and the internet.
• Regular collection of the marketing data for the marketing reports.
• Sales support tools preparation (brochures, presentations, photo and video materials, signs etc.) 
• Any other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Your Profile:

• University degree ideally in Business or Marketing.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing, in a Real Estate or Construction company.
• Fluent in English and Greek
