Job Description
Our client, a prominent global real estate entity, specializes in sustainable real estate asset investment, development, and management, partnering with esteemed investors worldwide. Operating across 30+ countries spanning Europe, South America, North Africa, and Asia.
On their behalf, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist (m/w/d) for one of their premier Shopping Centers located in Hamburg.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Product Strategy, devising and executing Marketing Plans to enhance the Shopping Centre's brand, allure, customer loyalty, and retention.
- Forge connections with institutional bodies for future events/exhibitions, and communication firms to amplify Shopping Centre presence across targeted channels.
- Direct and oversee events, including vendor briefings and coordination, ensuring the desired brand image is effectively promoted.
- Monitor event and campaign progress, evaluating receptivity, operability, media impact, and merchant engagement.
- Manage the marketing budget, leveraging synergies to optimize overall Shopping Centre marketing costs.
- Ensure localized execution of communication and advertising aligned with approved positioning and visual identity.
- Spearhead work-briefs for PR, Social Media, Media, and Creative agencies.
- Maintain website and social media content relevance and accuracy.
- Drive Customer Experience enhancements, overseeing quality control and monitoring results.
- Analyze competitors, propose strategic plans, and oversee market research projects.
- Manage Mall Activation processes, negotiations, and implementation in collaboration with the advertising community.
Requirements:
- Marketing or Communication degree preferred.
- 2-3 years Marketing experience, ideally within shopping centers or retail.
- Fluency in German and English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Digital Marketing/Social Media Platforms.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to manage external vendors.
- Proactive, creative, and collaborative team player.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
