Responsibilities:
- Managing all marketing communications through digital and offline channels
- Supervise marketing communication efforts across digital and offline channels.
- Manage corporate social media accounts, web pages, digital application tools.
- Develop and localize business tools and materials (printed and digital)
- Assist the team in localizing initiatives aimed at driving recruitment and business opportunities, such as video materials, presentations, digital tools, podcasts, etc.
- Manage the marketing communication budget to support the marketing strategy and approved activity plan.
- Oversee specific initiatives to support fitness events, anniversary activations, GenH projects, and corporate events.
Requirements:
- Marketing, Communications, or a related field degree
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Leadership skills
- Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing tools
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing communication roles, preferably in the Central Asia region.
- Experience managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus-oriented approach
- Fluent English
