Job Description

This role is responsible for all tasks referring to the company Master Data. The Master Data Manager is responsible for the lifecycle and management of the Master Data. He/She supports and consults the business and the IT services in all aspects of master data. He/She translates business processes into master data set-up. The Master Data Coordinator monitors and measure master data KPI’s, identifies need for action and improvement potentials. The position plays a major role in designing the master data governance and lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
•Digitalization: Active drives the digitalization and standardization of the business processes. •Master Data Management: •Defines, implement, and execute the master data lifecycle processes. •Define and maintains the data dictionary. •Supports and consults business and IT services in all aspects of master data. •Translate business processes in master data set-up. •Facilitate user training and be the contact point, consultant and support for the users. •Support consistent, compliant meta data, global settings and definitions. •Monitor and measure master data KPI’s, check mass-loads, identify need for action and improvement potentials. •IT Service Management: Responsible/accountable for the complete IT service delivery in the respective service area. •Strategy/Roadmap: Supports the IT strategy development, review, and update. Defines and implement the roadmap of the respective service. •Business Engagement: Performs the business engagement at different levels. •Project Management: Leads, coordinates and implements IT/Business projects. Collaborates with project members and stakeholders in an active manner. •Compliance: Makes sure, that the respective IT service is compliant – BHTC policies/standards, ISMS, Data Privacy, etc.
