Role Responsibilities:
-
Troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently or in cross-functional engineering teams.

Design ultrasound devices using SolidWorks and apply robust engineering principles.
-
Follow New Product Introduction (NPI) processes to ensure smooth production handoffs.

Manage key project aspects: scheduling, costing, deliverables, and technical reviews.
-
Break down assignments to meet performance and timeline goals.
-
Produce and maintain detailed design documentation and BoMs using Oracle (Agile) PLM.
-
Support product innovation and process improvements.
-
Collaborate with strategic suppliers and outsourced engineering partners.
-
Conduct performance and durability testing to ensure product reliability.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

4–6 years of relevant experience in mechanical design or product development.
-
Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD and related simulation/analysis tools.
-
Experience in plastics molding, die casting, sheet metal, or electronics packaging.
-
Exposure to regulated environments (e.g., FDA) is a plus.
-
Familiarity with mid- to high-volume production environments (>5,000 units/year).

Practical experience with machine shop tools and 3D printing is a bonus
