Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with an Electro-Mechanical background to join our HVAC operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design review, installation supervision, coordination, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and electro-mechanical systems across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities

Review HVAC and electro-mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs

Supervise installation of HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation

Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and civil teams to ensure smooth project execution

Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and safety standards

Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation
-
Conduct testing, commissioning, and system handover activities
-
Monitor site progress, quality control, and resolve technical issues

Liaise with consultants, clients, and suppliers as required

Support estimation, value engineering, and cost control activities when needed
Requirements & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC / Electro-Mechanical projects

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP coordination, and site execution

Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority approvals (DM, DEWA, ADDC, etc.) is preferred

Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of HVAC design software is an advantage

Strong communication and coordination skills

Valid UAE driving license preferred
