Key Responsibilities
· Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within the healthcare space. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal.
· Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
· Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
· Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
· Be able to use in-house CRM and other tools to generate candidates list and marketing material.
· Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
· Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor degree in Medicine or Pharmacy. Master’s Degree/MBA in Business or related field will be preferred
· 2 years of sales experience- Recruitment and Non-Recruitment with a demonstrated and a proven track record in your previous work stint.
· Sales ability having the core skills required in case you are not in a sales role previously.
· Fluency in English language and MS office skills, knowledge of other languages like French is a plus.
· Strong work ethic demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence and hard work
· Energetic, organized, and exhibiting confident and professional communication skills
