Our Client is a leading multinational company in the Yacht/Marinas business.

For their growing operations, they are looking for an 'M&A Manager', to support the business and the Head of M&A in all tasks related to mergers and acquisitions, from initial contact made to completion of the transaction. Activities would include mapping and engagement with potential targets, financial analysis, valuation, and coordination of due diligence to transaction execution.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Conduct extensive research to identify and gather information about target businesses to develop a prospect list.
• Engage with prospective business/company owners and executives through telephone, email, and social media platforms to evaluate them as viable prospects for the business.
• Perform extensive financial analysis on potential targets, including in-depth financial modeling.
• Manage the due diligence process, including overseeing financial, tax, legal, technical, and other diligence advisors.
• Initiate and implement follow-up action plans after completion based on due diligence.
• Create presentations for the Management and Shareholders.

Your Profile: 

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree an asset) ideally in Business, Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of investment banking experience,  ideally in BIG 4.
• Expert in financial modeling and evaluation.
• Native Italian speaker, and impeccable English skills.
• Background/experience in the Leisure /Hospitality industry will be a strong asset.
