For FCMG non-food International Company we are looking for a Scientist Method Development.

Activities:

• Develop and validate methods. Define and execute test protocols and produce validation/development reports.
• Develop and recommend testing/sensing methods, designs and/or design improvements. Coordinate activities/tasks of technicians or less experienced professionals and contractors.
• Develop work plan  of projects , schedule & estimates, and follow planning related to his/her projects plans, including deadlines and resource requirements.
• Improve testing methods and support scientific transfer to affiliate laboratories
• Perform his/her duties in accordance with the quality management system, ISO 17025 standards and the respective procedures.

Who we’re looking for:

• PhD or Master University degree in material science / physics or related field
• Hands on experience in method development, validation and statistical analysis
• Hands on experience in line manufacturing measurement methods and related technologies
• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge in physical chemistry with in-depth knowledge in spectroscopy technologies (such as IR, NMR, UV, MS, RAMAN, FTIR)
• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge in physical chemistry with in-depth knowledge in spectroscopy technologies with applied knowledge in multivariate analysis of spectral data (e.g., PCA, PLS)
• 5 years’ experience in a similar position
•  Fluency in English, both oral and written
