With their Analysts-commended platform (comprising mobile, social, analytics, IoT and cloud journeys), they help hundreds of their clients succeed in a hyper-converged world, accelerate their digital transformation. Their MS Dynamics Practice is on an accelerated growth path.

Role details:

• Title / Designation: Director / Senior Director – MS Dynamics Practice
• Reporting to: Head of MS Dynamics Practice / BU
• Location: Pune / Mumbai

Role & responsibilities:

• Leader of the global MS Dynamics Practice / CoE of the company, comprising CRM (D365), ERP ((Business Central (ex-Navision) & Finance & Operations) (ex-Axapta)) and MS Power Platform
• Build and sustain core MS Dynamics architecting and consulting / advisory capabilities
• Build deep relationship with Microsoft and drive GTM (go-to-market) initiatives
• Display thought leadership on MS Dynamics with latest / “next gen solutions” with clients
• Build and sustain MS Dynamics capabilities and capacity at scale
• Manage Analysts relationships and participate in external forums as thought leader
• Deliver on the KRAs for growth & profitability of the business generated through the practice
• Plan and manage the delivery of solutions, IPs, competency building, and CoE (Center of Excellence)

Candidate requirements:

• 18+ years of total experience with at least 10+ years of full-cycle MSD development experience and 5+ years of team management experience
• Deep expertise and experience in D365 Solutions Fit-Gap Analysis with ability to build differentiated custom solutions, global rollouts/ implementation across one of more of the D365 suite (past and current)
• Must be hands-on to the extent required for the role
• Proven deep technical experience working with Fortune 500 US companies in one or more of Manufacturing, Retail and BFSI domains
• Ability to ideate, solution for socialize, win and roll out experience modernization, driven by the Microsoft Power platform
• Core capabilities in to drive MSD adoption strategy, large platform architecture and design including D365 + Azure + Power platform and migration to newer platforms
• Familiarity with custom development across the various suite
• Ability to interact with CXOs and other stakeholders of clients – in India and abroad – and willingness for business travel, for the same
• Proven business acumen, translating in the ability to identify market-leading Cloud propositions and to work with the Practice teams to position them impactfully with prospects and clients and do so quickly
• Host of leadership soft skills related to communication, articulation, presentation, comfort in leading from ambiguity to clarity, self-motivation, independent initiatives, and more
