As a 360 Consultant with Antal, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission. You'll have the exciting opportunity to:

Build Strong Relationships:

You'll be the bridge between our clients and candidates. Your ability to develop lasting, trust-based relationships with both sides is crucial to our success. You'll get to know your clients' needs inside-out and form deep connections with candidates, understanding their aspirations, skills, and what truly drives them.

Our 360 Consultants are natural growth drivers. You'll work closely with clients, understanding their unique talent needs, and crafting innovative recruitment solutions that help them thrive. Candidate-Centric Approach:

What you bring:

• Degree or 3 year Diploma
• 2+ Years 360 Recruitment experience in an agency environment
• Strong ability to develop business and manage long-term relationships (Both candidates and clients)
• A passion and drive to for help candidates reach their career goals
