What you need to succeed:
-    Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript.
-    Familiarity with PostgreSQL is a must-have.
-    Good experience with HTML, CSS, .NET, C#

What will you do?
•    Design, develop, and improve products for the global fintech industry - including digital banks and blockchain-based products. 
•    Develop and maintain an above-standard code for our products. 
•    Select and apply the most appropriate framework, database, or programming language. 
•    Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers and team members. 
•    Be able to lead less experienced developers

1)    Coding-challenge
2)    Interview with VL recruiters (with successful candidates from the first round)
3)    2nd round live coding challenge
4)    3d round - 2 options (1 - similar as with 2nd round, only with a different interviewer. 2 - backend homework assignment ((this option is only available for backend developers))
5)    Final feedback + an offer is usually within 24 hours after the last interview
