Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall MIS strategy, aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of information systems, databases, and software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational needs and provide efficient and effective MIS solutions.
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of data across the organization, adhering to data protection and privacy regulations.
• Lead and mentor the MIS team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Develop and maintain standardized reporting systems, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and promptly address any issues to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in information systems to recommend relevant MIS advancements.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functioning of information systems.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an MIS Manager, preferably within the automotive industry, with hands-on experience in Autoline systems.
• Solid understanding of information system concepts, database management, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources to provide meaningful insights.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
• Thorough knowledge of data security and privacy regulations.
