React Mobile Engineer (React Native)

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Architect with expertise in React Native to lead the design and development of our cross-platform mobile applications. In this role, you will define technical architecture, guide the development team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile solutions. You will work closely with Product Management, UX/UI Design, and Backend Development teams to create scalable and performant mobile apps.
  
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement mobile architecture using React Native.
- Lead and mentor the mobile development team, ensuring best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure quality assurance through coding standards, code reviews, and testing strategies.
- Stay updated on React Native and mobile tech trends to propose innovative solutions.
  
Qualifications:
- Experience of working as a Senior/Lead Mobile Engineer or Architect
- Expertise in React Native, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and best practices.
- Experience with native modules, cloud platforms, and backend integration.
- Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control.
