Job Role
- Field Sales Manager – Modern Trade is responsible for managing and developing the trade channel in Qatar to deliver the agreed growth targets related to modern trade business.
- The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies for key accounts, improvingvisibility and distribution that will drive share improvements, building strong relationship with assigned key accounts and developing a strong motivated sales team.
- The role is a hands‐on role that will require significant time in the market throughout the country.
- The focus area for the Field Sales Manager ‐ MT is to manage the sales activities for modern trade and achieve revenue targets.
- Work closely with the team as well as all incumbents involved in the sales cycle.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Sales
- Certification in Marketing training will be preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in sales.
- Preferable in FMCG experience
- Previous experience in sales function of a FMCG will be preferred
- Previous middle east experience (sales and marketing) will be preferable
- MBA is an added advantage
- Must be fluent in Arabic Speaking

- Good negotiation and prospecting skills
- Sales planning skills
- Adaptive in nature and able to operate in a fast paced and competitive market environment
- Familiar with usage of MS‐Office, especially MS‐PowerPoint
- Fluency in English language (Read, write and speak)
- Arabic speaking ability is preferable
