Antal international Group, recruitment company, is looking for its client, a large Chinese Automotive Group - GWM -, a Motorcycle Styling Expert, located in Baoding, China

Responsibilities：

1. Participate in & lead the decoration, appearance, cutting edge and detail design of concept vehicles and pre research models.

2. Participate in the modeling design of mass production vehicles and concept models, and carry out the prospective creative modeling design according to the project positioning.

3. Participate in the development discussion in the early stage of design, complete the process sketch and effect drawing of the design scheme, follow up the design scheme from the early creative stage to the mass production, control the CAS (Computer Aided Styling) and clay model, as well as the modeling of A-side, and solve the modeling problems during the modeling development process, until the mass production of the products.

4. Communicate with designers and engineers and color & trim designers.

5. Build the design team, set up a planned stepped training program, and improve the team structure.
