Job Title:                     MS Dynamics Architect - UK (2 Positions)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in ERP E2E solutions development, using Dynamics365 CRM and F&O functionalities
• Engage with customers to understand business requirements
• Work closely with the sales team by assisting in initial scoping calls and If required turnaround a quick demo/prototype to finalise proposed solution
• Work closely with the Technical team to design, configure, implement and deploy the complete solution
• Deepen understanding of various D365 modules, namely Financials and Supply Chain, Procurement & Sourcing, AP/AR, GL, Reporting, etc.
• Act as the liaison between various client stakeholders and Development team – including offshore.
• Share product knowledge with other consultants
• Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions
• 5+ years Architecting and designing solutions with Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance and operations

Other Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or relevant experience required
• Passion for customer service

Functional experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
• Exposure to Subscription Billing System implementation will be an advantage
