Role & responsibilities:

• Solution implementation and technical leadership
• Creating a foundation for building an application network using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, while following the tenets of API-led connectivity
• Identifying, analyzing, and designing integration flows using Anypoint Studio
• Implementing design patterns for building middleware systems ground up, using Message Routing, Content Enrichment, Message Filtering, Message Transformation, Guaranteed delivery, Message sequencing, Batch message processing, error handling and reconciliation mechanisms
• Leading the design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, scalable, reliable, secure, performant and maintainable applications
• Leading the design and development of CI (Continuous Integration) pipelines for multi tenancy platforms and project focus areas
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Project and Delivery Management
• Leading project management activities – including but not limited to – initiation, business case creation, costing, estimation, and stakeholder management
• Leading multiple projects simultaneously at enterprise level
• Coordinating with vendor and internal teams to get the work done as per plan
• Project monitoring and control
• Project risk management
• Leading the team by example, on innovation, research, continuous knowledge upgrade on Anypoint
• Team leadership, guidance and mentoring

Candidate requirements:

• Proven expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint and associated programming languages
• 12+ years of the overall technical experience with minimum of 6 years in MuleSoft architectural practice
• 4+ years of experience providing technical and delivery leadership of medium to large, distributed engineering teams
• 2+ years of experience with open-source software community projects
• 2+ years of experience with cloud deployment patterns including DevOps, Cloud Native, 12-factor methodology
• Experience in one or more Agile and DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, SonarQube, etc.
• Proven experience in RESTful API development, Java Restful Web Services, JMS, XML, RDBMS, and NoSQL (DynamoDB or MongoDB)
• Experience in frameworks for database access such as Hibernate, Entity Framework, LINQ
• Experienced in AWS – EC2, RDS, SES, S3, EMR and Sagemaker
• Host of relevant soft skills, relevant to the role
