Position: MuleSoft Technology Lead

Experience: 4+ years in Mule/Mule 4 (overall 10+ years in integration preferred)

About the Role
We are looking for a MuleSoft Technology Lead to drive enterprise-grade integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The role involves solution design, development, and leadership across integration projects with exposure to global systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design & architecture of complex integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and AWS API Gateway

• Define long-term integration strategy aligned with business goals

• Establish coding standards, best practices, and enforce development methodologies

• Create source-to-target mapping design specifications and integration flow diagrams

• Conduct code reviews ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in APIs/integration flows

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Ensure compatibility of integrations with ERP (SAP, Oracle, JDE), Salesforce, E-commerce, and other enterprise applications

• Evaluate emerging integration tools/technologies and recommend adoption

• Guide teams with proof-of-concepts, pilot implementations, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• 10+ years of enterprise integration experience with 4+ years in MuleSoft (Mule 4 preferred)

• MuleSoft certifications (Developer/Architect) preferred

• Strong expertise in API design, integration architecture & MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

• Hands-on with at least one programming language (Java, .NET, or C#)

• Experience with CI/CD practices and code management platforms

• Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale integration projects
