Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for the delivery of Underlying Volume Growth (UVG), Underlying Sales Growth (USG) & Underlying Price Growth (UPG) targets within designated National & Regional Wholesale customers intrinsic to which is the co-creation, development and execution of joint business plans.
The role is responsible for the negotiation and implementation of commercial agreements including agreed Joint Business Plans supported with relevant promotional plans, engaging with and winning with the Wholesalers sales teams, combined with the internal management of budgets (Commercial and Marketing) along with sales & forecasting reporting.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of four years sales experience: ideally with two years in a Key Account Management role within the food service industry
· A great understanding of the foodservice routes to market including: direct, contract distribution, wholesale, cash & carry plus the end operators.
· Education to degree level
· Experience in category marketing / channel marketing
