This is an expansion role type in the company of our client. It will supervise a larget team of 10people with various functions and roles in sales.
The position is strategic with a direct report to the board management of the company.
The ideal candidate must have a proven experience in beverages producers and disributors and able to display also a new business development profile.
Key responsibilities• Manage the related portolio of sales activities and implements the strategy of sales and marketing activities established by the Company, in order to meet the objectives of volume, turnover, profitability, digital distribution and others.
• Plans, controls and monitors all activities of the KA sales team and ensures that all administrative and reporting procedures are completed correctly and in a timely manner;
• Plans, organizes, monitors, controls, reports sales activities and implements the strategy of sales and marketing activities established by the Company, in order to meet the objectives of volume, turnover, profitability, digital distribution and others;
• Finds and develops new market segments (new customers, product listings) in accordance with the company's policy and strategy;
• Responsible for meeting the volume objectives and implementing the Company's strategies, through coordination, motivation and team development;
Key Competencies, Education, Skills and Aptitudes
• Sales experience with FMCG products – of any type of beverages
• Higher education preferably in economics ; post -grad training /formation in sales, management - a strong plus
• Specific human qualities: autonomy, responsibility, performance orientation and learning
• English language - advanced level
