Scope of this role
The national KAM will coordinate several premium brands, working with a team of regional KA/sales reps. The Company has a top 3 leading position in Romania.
He/she will directly report to a country sales leader.
This NKAM is mainly in charge with the planning, monitoring and reporting sales activities and to implement the sales & marketing strategies in order to meet the objectives of volume, turnover, profitability of the company.
Key requirements
• Higher education, preferably in economics, sales, management
• KAM- Sales experience with FMCG products (ideal beverages)
• English language - advanced level
• PC operation: Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook
• Understanding the business
• Specialized courses: sales steps, negotiation.
