Job Description
- Interact with customer’s leadership teams on the QHSE topics demonstrating commitment on QHSE area
- Implement guidelines & policies to establish a culture of health & safety
- Impart training to multi-functional teams on QHSE topics & accident prevention
- Enforcing adherence to 5S guidelines & auditing, reporting of the same & subsequent corrective actions
- Ensuring MHE & other equipment are in safe working conditions, periodic maintenance is being carried out & records are maintained through local teams
- Ensure traffic management practices are followed across the warehouse & teams are sensitized about traffic management rules
- Ensuring that the sites are compliant in terms of local laws from QHSE point of view & all related records are maintained
- Risk & Safety assessment of the sites & solutions thereof
- Investigation of accidents/incidents, Incident reporting & preventive measure actions
- Ensuring PPE guidelines, visitor management system on the sites
- Ensuring all safety & other mandatory signages/licenses are correctly maintained & displayed through local teams
- Track, develop & report QHSE related management reports & briefing
