Job Overview
- Strategic leadership role in IT market and consultative sales for digital transformation and automation solutions
- Focus on enterprise clients in banking, insurance, energy, telecom, manufacturing, consumer goods, and retail

Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor behavior
- Sales Strategy Development: Identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans
- Team Coordination: Supervise, manage, and motivate sales teams
- Performance Monitoring: Implement and oversee performance monitoring systems
- Sales Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements
- Key Client Relationship Development: Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, presales, and delivery teams
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports
Requirements
- Education: Higher education in technical, computer science, or related fields
- Language: Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Experience: At least 7 years in sales, with a minimum of 4 years in Sales Management
- Leadership: Ability to motivate and guide the sales team
- Results-Oriented: Proactive approach and goal-oriented mindset
- Energy and Enthusiasm: High energy and positive attitude
- Client Relations: Strong relationship-building skills with C-Level executives
- Communication: Effective communication skills
