National Sales Director

Job Description:
The National Sales Director is responsible for leading and coordinating the national sales strategy, ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and market share growth. Holding a leadership position, the National Sales Director manages and develops the regional sales team, collaborates with internal teams, and contributes to the development and implementation of business strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement national sales strategies in line with the company's strategic objectives and directions.
• Create a national sales policy for each sales channel.
• Lead and coordinate the national sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and develop solutions to optimize results.
• Manage key customer relationships, develop and maintain strong partnerships.
• Work closely with the marketing department to identify market growth opportunities and develop effective sales campaigns.
• Supervise the staff development process within the sales department, including training and evaluation.
• Regularly report results and activity progress to the company's leadership.
Requirements:
• Higher education – at least a bachelor's degree.
• Previous exposure in a distribution company with partnerships across multiple sales channels.
• Experience in the FMCG and pharma markets is a plus.
• Strong experience in a sales leadership position, with a proven track record of achieving results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Solid market analysis knowledge and understanding of customer requirements.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving orientation.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
• Availability for business travel.
