They are making their START UP in Romania with a local office that is to be started by  a capable Romanian Business Development Manager - we look for this great individual now!

Their solutions and systems necessary for the smooth operation of farms anywhere in the world. They are a proven manufacturer in solar energy.  Their service has focus on quality, durability and timeliness. 

They have rapidly expanded in CEE and this year decided to go internationally with great success acquired so far.

Since recent Romania is their next expansion market and for this purpose we need a very strong National Sales Manager – with capacity to maximize country sales potential and to set up a team within the next 2 years.

By achieving such results the next logical and promised step if to become Country Manager.

If you are an already accomplished sales manager in energy sector and can tick most of the elements in the list bellow :

 Real sales drive and native sales personality

 Good knowledge on renewable energies, ideally solar energy or/and related with minimum 3 years of work experience within, must have:  is  the coordination of a DISTRIBUTION NETWORK before, with notable achievements 

 Excellent customer focus and ability to travel intensively in Romania, to set up new deals (your office will be at home - firstly) 

 Real new sales achievements that you can demonstrate

 Good leadership potential in order to run the future operations in Romania (it will be a solo player role for the next 1-max 2 years, with some regional technical and logistric support on hand)

 Accountability, independence, forward-thinking, customer focus, problem-solving and goal orientation, integrity, interpersonal and self-organizational skills

 Good English language

 Driving license B

 Suitable relevant references with direct point of contacts of your ex-boss and clients and you really are motivated by doing a start up and then  become the local Countr Manager !
