Hiring for the positions of Sales Head – Pan India, designated as General Manager – Sales, to lead Central Nervous System (CNS) and Cardiovascular (CV) divisions respectively. Ideal candidates will come from a science background and possess extensive Pan-India exposure, preferably within CNS, CV, or any other super-specialty segment. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of core team management experience, leading large-scale sales operations. Open to evaluating young, fast-track professionals with a strong performance record and leadership potential. The incumbent will lead a team of Zonal Sales Managers (ZSMs) and their extended teams, with full responsibility for sales strategy, execution, and performance across India.

- Strong experience engaging with Key Opinion Leaders and managing complex therapeutic landscapes.
- Minimum 2 years of Pan-India exposure with proven success in diverse market management.
- Clinically and scientifically sound, with deep market knowledge of the therapy area.

- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.
