Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a national sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets aligned with corporate objectives.

Lead, coach, and develop the sales organization (First-Line Managers and Medical Representatives), building high-performing teams with strong capability development, succession planning, and career pathways.

Monitor and manage sales performance through KPIs, ensuring accurate forecasting, optimal territory alignment, and clear accountability for results.

Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Supply Chain teams to ensure integrated planning and flawless execution of brand strategies.

Build and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including KOLs, healthcare institutions, distributors, and regulatory bodies, to support market access and sustainable brand growth.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Lead national-level initiatives, including sales cycle planning, resource allocation, and performance optimization.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance, motivating teams to consistently exceed expectations while upholding company values.

Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards across all activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Life Sciences (mandatory).

Postgraduate qualification in Business or Management (MBA or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Advanced training or certifications in Sales Leadership, Strategic Management, or People Development are an advantage.
Experience
-
Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive sales leadership experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
-
At least 2 years in a National Sales Manager or equivalent senior leadership role.
-
Experience within multinational pharmaceutical companies and Cardiovascular & Metabolism therapeutic areas is an must.

Age between 35 to 45 years
-
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in highly competitive markets.

Demonstrated success in leading managers and building performance through others, not solely front-line teams.
