Strategic role within growing Company with several years of doing business in Romania, that is aiming for an experienced National Sales Manager.
As Sales Manager, your role is to ensure the performance of Agile IT services -global co Romania sales team. You have ultimate responsibility for ensuring delivery results in terms of order intake, revenue, and customer business growth. You act both as an individual contributor as well as via sales managers reporting to you directly. You are in charge of developing sales team identity, competencies, and best practices as well as fostering innovation and customer focus.
Purpose of the Role:
- Increase order intake of Agile IT services -global co Romania
- Deploy Agile IT services -global co Group offering portfolio
- Facilitate the Sales Reporting in all dimensions (weekly, monthly, forecasts)
- Drive strategic partnerships with key market players
Responsibility:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve the sales target.
- Design and implement strategic plans to increase business
- Seeking new sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure accurate sales management structure and reporting.
- Regular meetings with sales team to assess sales performance
EXPERIENCE /REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years of Sales Management in the IT solutions field - or tech services sector with a sales and own team have proven track records.
Advanced competencies in:
- Sales skills
- Managing sales teams
- Excellent orientation of the IT /Tech/Digital market
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
- Solution selling approach
- Very good command of English
- Networking skills and building long-term relationships
