Responsibilities
•    API development (.NET)
•    Tech oversight
•    Tech documentation
•    API design
•    Code reviews and team oversight
•    Participation in Scrum ceremonies with the team and the client
•    Participate in knowledge sharing and offer recommendations for improving the solutions
•    Lead and mentor less experienced team members
Skills & Requirements
•    4+ years of experience in developing commercial applications on the .NET platform
•    4+ years of experience as an Tech Lead role
•    Experience with integration with RESTful API
•    Basic understanding of design patterns
•    Understanding of the basic design patterns
•    Basic understanding of how to build client-server systems
•    Experience in unit testing and TDD
•    Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
•    Skills in working with version control systems (Git)
•    Experience in leading and mentoring less experienced team members
•    Ability to work in an Agile software team
•    Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a collaborative environment
•    Experience working with foreign clients
•    Team-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, ability to easily talk to people at different levels
•    Solid organizational skills, ability to adapt in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment
•    Proactive approach
•    Good spoken and written English
