Role and responsibilities

1. Designs, installs and maintain the enterprise network to meet the functional objectives of the organization. (Building Domain controller, active directory and maintain the server)

2. Provide network infrastructure engineering support for new projects & deployments within the Enterprise Campus(s). Engagement to including break-fix, configuration, coordination, planning and implementation within the agreed timelines.

3. Hands-on experience implementing, administrating and troubleshooting network devices: a. Cisco Switches and Routers b. Wireless Controller & Access Points c. Link Load Balancers & SSL VPN solutions d. paloalto firewall implementation

4. Ensure proper documentation of new network infrastructure and decommissioning of old devices

5. Manage, Design and Deploy enterprise WAN links.

6. Setting up NAT, VLAN’S, BGP with Service Providers, HSRP, Route Maps, Traffic Engineering, WAN optimization and SLA monitoring

7. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, configuration management oversight and change management guidelines

8. Support Network operations and Data Centre connectivity within the desired SLA

9. Resolve Network Incidents and problems, work with managed service NOC, telecommunication providers, internal Field Services and other infrastructure teams on incident resolution. Resolution and handling of network/hardware/software incidents/problem with root cause analysis.

10. Interfacing with service partners and maintenance sources; quality control for externally provided services. Coordination with vendor technicians.
