Brief description of the role:

The person in this role will be tasked with daily operational support for add/move/changes in the Eastern Hemisphere and occasional after-hours support for add-move change as well as break-fix for Western Hemisphere plant locations. This person will also be assigned daily operational maintenance activities in our AWS and Azure environments as defined by the global lead. This person will also have project work with delivery objectives and configuration standards that embrace industry best practices and Western compliance objectives.

Essential skills:

• English fluency, technical and collaborative
• Experience with Firewall configuration and troubleshooting (3-4 Years)
  • Specific experience with Fortigates a +
• Experience with network component configuration and troubleshooting
  • Specific experience with HP Procurve, Fortigate, and Cisco a +
• Experience with virtualization and IaaS environments
  • Experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure a plus
• Experience with vulnerability scanners and various network troubleshooting tools
• O365, Outlook, and Excel proficiency a plus
• Cybersecurity experience and understanding of zone security/network segmentation.
  • Security+ or industry-standard certification a plus
