We are looking for an IT Systems, Network Infrastructure Manager with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Networking to maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient data & voice communications network. The ideal candidate needs to be capable to deploy, configure, maintain, and monitoring all active network equipment in order to ensure smooth IT operation.

Title / Designation:  Networking Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period: Max 60 days

Compensation Budget: Up to INR 24 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Designing, deploying, managing, and security a variety of network systems and platforms in an enterprise
• environment
• Management of Firewalls, Switches, Routers, VPNs, IDS/IPS, Wireless Routers, DNS, Etc.
• Respond rapidly to network connectivity issues (Incident Response)
• Network Security Auditing and Reporting
• Collaboratively provide solutions to technical challenges including working with third-party support.
• Work with Sales and Management Teams to build potential solutions
• Lead various maintenance and innovation-based projects.
• Document processes, procedures, and systems.
• Guide the improvement of both systems and processes
• Be available for any critical network downtime.

Job Brief:

• Knowledge of voice and data (Cross-domain Knowledge).
• Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade networks and in-house servers, firewall, PBX systems, and security systems.
• Install and integrate new server hardware and applications
• Support and administer third-party applications 
• Ensure network security and connectivity
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
• Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
• Resolve problems reported by end-user
• Define network policies and procedures
• Specify system requirements and design solutions
• Research and make recommendations on server system administration.
• ISP and vendor coordination to ensure the Business up-time.
• SLA management

Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience in a network administrator role
• Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching (L1, L2, L3, routing protocol, etc.)
• Firewall operation like web filter, Bandwidth management, and implementation of the UTM features.,
• Wireless configuration and implementation experience
• Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
• Ability to set up and configure hardware (Switches, Routers).
• Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
• Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking
• Hands-on experience with CISCO VoIP/Polycom and other systems etc
• Sophos, Cisco, FortiGate, open-source free-PBX, etc
• Working knowledge on IDS, IPS, IPsec Tunnel implementation, etc.

Qualifications:

• MCA or BCA / MBA in System Management / or relevant certification experience in Network and System Administration
