Position Requires

• Market segmentation.- Validating the current accounts for defining the key hospitals which represents the priorities for the market expansion project.
• Cross-funtional collaboration.- Be partner with the sales force team to guarantee Dysport leadership in each hospital
• Analytical thinking.- To have a deeply understanding of each patient journey for dentifing the main barriers in each patient journey to generate specific action plans based on specific needs.
• Lead the transformation of the current patient journey of key public hospitals by the generation of ecosystem per hospital and by the engagement of the key stakeholders (Medical & Administrative) to position Ipsen as key health partner
• Propose KPIs model for the position according with market expansion objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee the excellence in execution
• Strong performance monitoring per hospital & identify and recommend action plans to Business Unit
