Our client is No. 1 medium and heavy-duty truck manufacturer in China and is developing brand new generation commercial vehicle during last 3 years.

Currently we are looking for New energy commercial vehicle development director for Automobile R&D center in Austria.

Position                New energy commercial vehicle validation director

Responsibilities：

• Participating in setting and achieving the development goal of Europe version vehicle.
• Participating in building unique competitiveness of Europe version vehicle.
• Defining and executing overall vehicle and assembly/system validation strategy and plan (virtual and physical/real vehicle) of Europe version vehicle.
• Defining and executing benchmark validation strategy and plan of Europe version vehicle.
• Defining and executing vehicle validation plan for authorized client.
• Building  and managing local development team (probably 5-person team in 2023)
• Building competence, including work instructions, method, training and workshop.

Experience required:

• Work experience in the same position at least one year.
• Work experience (no less than 10 years) of commercial vehicle validation.   
• Familiar with Europe commercial vehicle and assembly/system validation resources.
• Familiar with vehicle development procedure and validation procedure.
• Familiar with CAE and virtual validation
• Cross cultural communication skills and capable of working with from zero
• English and German Fluently speaker, Chinese mandarin is a plus
